Ingredients:
- 50ml Golden Bullace Plum Liqueur
- Top with chilled tonic water
Method:
Build all ingredients in a highball glass over ice. Stir gently. Garnish with a lemon slice. The sweetness of the Bullace is perfectly balanced by the tonic creates a truly refreshing and light serve.
The Tarter Kea Lite
A delicious, simple serve that uses the vibrant acidity of the Kea plum to replace high-proof alcohol in a short drink.
Ingredients:
- 30ml Kea Plum Liqueur
- 75ml fresh cloudy apple juice
- 10ml fresh lime juice
Method:
