The 1086 Founders Club exists for those who want to be closer to that journey, to experience the process, support independent distilling and gain access to something genuinely limited from the earliest chapter of our story.

At Aedda’s Farm Distillery, flavour starts with the ingredients. The grains we grow, the fruit from our orchards, the varieties we choose, and the way we ferment, each plays a defining role in the final spirit. Distillation is just one part of that process.
By focusing on what comes before the still, we’re able to shape spirits with more character, more depth, and a clearer connection to where they come from.
