Foundations is the first spirit distilled at Aedda’s Farm Distillery, our benchmark, our reference point, and the foundation upon which every future release is built.
Crafted to establish balance and clarity, this new make was designed not as an experiment, but as a marker of house character. Fermented with precision and distilled slowly to capture fruit, cereal sweetness and textural weight, it represents the beginning of our flavour journey.
Bottled at 60% ABV, our filling strength, this release allows you to experience the spirit exactly as it enters cask.

How it’s made
Every spirit we produce at Aedda’s Farm Distillery begins with a respect for raw ingredients and a belief that flavour is shaped long before it reaches the cask. From carefully selected British malt and considered yeast strains, through long, characterful fermentations and deliberate cut points on the still, each decision is made to build depth, texture and clarity of flavour.
