A plum-rich Negroni with Red Bullace plum liqueur, gin and dry vermouth. Bittersweet and bold.

This deep, brooding Negroni swaps Campari for Red Bullace plum liqueur, adding rich hedgerow fruit to a dry gin and vermouth base. Stirred with a touch of Madagascan vanilla and salt, it’s a bold, bittersweet serve with countryside flair.

Ingredients

  • 25ml Red Bullace plum liqueur
  • 25ml Dry Vermouth
  • 25ml Gin

Method

  • Add Red Bullace plum liqueur, gin, and dry vermouth to a mixing glass with ice.
  • Add a bar spoon edge of Madagascan vanilla and a tiny pinch of salt
  • Stir well until chilled and slightly diluted
  • Strain into a rocks glass over ice
  • Garnish with an orange twist
