This orchard-fresh spritz is all English sunshine, Golden Bullace plum liqueur meets dry sparkling wine and a splash of soda. Bright, floral and fruit-forward, it’s garnished with apple and perfect for slow sipping.

Ingredients

• 50ml Golden Bullace plum liqueur
• 75ml Cava or English dry sparkling
• Splash soda water

Method

• Rim a large white wine glass with plum salt (optional: use Golden Bullace plum liqueur to wet the rim).
• Add ice to the glass
• Pour in Golden Bullace plum liqueur
• Add dry sparkling wine and a splash of soda water
• Stir gently to combine
• Garnish with a slice of fresh apple
