Terms and Conditions

1. Competition Organiser

This competition is organised by Aedda's Farm Distillery.

2. Eligibility

  • This competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom, excluding Northern Ireland, who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
  • Employees of Aedda's Farm Distillery are not eligible to participate.

3. Entry Period

  • The competition runs monthly from 1st June 2024 until 31st December 2024.
  • Each monthly entry period begins at 12:00 AM on the first day of the month and ends at 11:59 PM on the last day of the month.

4. How to Enter

  • To enter, participants must sign up for the Aedda's Farm Distillery newsletter during the entry period for that month.
  • Each email address will be entered into the draw for that month period only.
  • Email addresses containing a "+" will automatically be excluded from the draw.
  • Participants who unsubscribe from the newsletter within the month will not be eligible for the draw.

5. Prize

  • Each month, one winner will be randomly selected to receive one bottle of their choice from our range of plum liqueurs: Damson, Red Bullace, Golden Bullace, or Kea plum liqueur.
  • If the chosen liqueur is out of stock, the winner can either select another available option or wait until it is back in stock.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

  • The draw will take place within five days of the end of each month.
  • The winner will be notified via email within two days of the draw.
  • If the winner does not respond within seven days of the notification email, a new winner will be randomly selected.

7. Prize Delivery

  • The prize will be posted directly to the winner’s address in the UK, excluding Northern Ireland.

8. Data Privacy

  • Participants' personal data will be used solely for the purpose of administering the competition and in accordance with our privacy policy, which can be found here.

9. General Conditions

  • Aedda's Farm Distillery reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the competition at any time without prior notice.
  • By entering the competition, participants agree to these terms and conditions.
