New Make - Exploration Series - Cherrywood smoked
This release explores barley smoked over cherrywood, bringing a softer, sweeter style of smoke than traditional peat. The fruitwood smoke introduces gentle aromatic depth without overwhelming the cereal core.
The spirit opens with sweet malt and subtle red fruit notes before developing into delicate bonfire warmth and a clean, dry finish. Distilled carefully to preserve clarity and avoid phenolic heaviness, this is smoke interpreted through an English orchard lens.
Bottled at 60% ABV, it offers a rare opportunity to taste fruitwood smoke at spirit origin - before maturation transforms it.

How it’s made
Every spirit we produce at Aedda’s Farm Distillery begins with a respect for raw ingredients and a belief that flavour is shaped long before it reaches the cask. From carefully selected British malt and considered yeast strains, through long, characterful fermentations and deliberate cut points on the still, each decision is made to build depth, texture and clarity of flavour.
