New Make - Exploration Series - Rye
A bold and structured grain-led release, built on 70% rye for spice and intensity, softened by wheat and supported by malted barley for fermentation strength.
This new make is powerful yet balanced - cracked black pepper and clove layered over subtle citrus brightness and a rich, oily texture. The wheat component adds body and smoothness, preventing the spice from overwhelming the palate.
Distilled on our Buckinghamshire farm and bottled at 60% ABV, this is a confident expression of English rye in its rawest form.

Every spirit we produce at Aedda’s Farm Distillery begins with a respect for raw ingredients and a belief that flavour is shaped long before it reaches the cask. From carefully selected British malt and considered yeast strains, through long, characterful fermentations and deliberate cut points on the still, each decision is made to build depth, texture and clarity of flavour.
