New Make - Exploration Series - Triticale
This release explores malted triticale - a natural hybrid of wheat and rye - distilled to highlight its unique balance of spice and softness. Rarely used, triticale offers a layered cereal character that sits between creamy wheat and peppered rye.
Fermented for texture and distilled slowly to preserve grain nuance, the resulting spirit is silky, gently spiced and subtly honeyed.
Bottled at filling strength (60% ABV), this is grain character in its purest form - unshaped by oak, guided only by field and fermentation.

How it’s made
Every spirit we produce at Aedda’s Farm Distillery begins with a respect for raw ingredients and a belief that flavour is shaped long before it reaches the cask. From carefully selected British malt and considered yeast strains, through long, characterful fermentations and deliberate cut points on the still, each decision is made to build depth, texture and clarity of flavour.
