New Make - Farm Series - Wild Plum
Wild yeast isolated from plums grown on the farm was nurtured and propagated for this small-batch fermentation. The slower ferment enhanced fruit complexity and introduced gentle esters rarely seen in conventional distilling strains.
Distilled with care to preserve nuance, this release offers a layered, aromatic spirit that bridges orchard fruit and cereal depth.

Every spirit we produce at Aedda’s Farm Distillery begins with a respect for raw ingredients and a belief that flavour is shaped long before it reaches the cask.
