Breaking Ground: Visitor Centre Construction Begins!

We're over the moon to announce that work has officially started on our visitor centre! It's an incredible feeling to finally reach this milestone, and we couldn't be more excited. We know the build is in great hands with our very own founder, Tom, leading the effort. His passion and expertise are sure to make this visitor centre a true reflection of Aedda's Farm Distillery's spirit. An Unexpected Harvest: Our Orchard's First Fruits

Mother Nature had a surprise in store for us this year! Our young orchard has produced its first limited crop, much earlier than we anticipated. We've carefully picked this precious fruit and it's now quietly fermenting. It's a small but significant step towards our dream of true farm-to-bottle spirits at Aedda's Farm Distillery!

As the days grow shorter, we're busy preparing something special to warm your spirits. Keep an eye out for our upcoming Spiced Plum Liqueur. This limited edition treat will capture the essence of the season in every sip. We'll be launching it at our December markets, so mark your calendars!
